Kenexa Humanity Index

Kenexa’s mission is to serve humanity, and the Kenexa Humanity Index moves the discussion beyond purely monetary measures to consider well-being by complementing income with other factors that affect an individual’s quality of life such as health, education, institutions, resources availability, economic security and personal life satisfaction.

Since country-level macroeconomic factors may directly and/or indirectly affect organizational performance, this Index has relevance to both business leaders and HR professionals.

The Index combines global economic data with worker perspectives from the KHPI annual WorkTrends survey and so covers both objective and subjective measures of well-being.

Dr. Milton Salas is leading the development of the Kenexa Humanity Index.
